Instructions
Full Screen
Full screen: click turquoise box (with arrows) on bottom right of the WebGL screen above.
Exit: press the Escape (Esc) key or Command + period(.) in MacOS.
Controls
Menus/Conversations
Interact with the menus using your mouse. Advance the dialogue by clicking inside the dialogue box.
In-Game
Help menu: Press H to hide/show the in-game menu.
Avatar movement by WASD keys:
W: Forward / A: Left / S: Backwards / D: Right.
Hold down Shift as well to Sprint.
Travel direction and camera view: Move mouse to look around with the camera and point direction of travel for your character.
Perspective: Press 1 for First-Person or press: 3 for Third-Person perspectives.
Camera Mode (only in Village scene):
Press C to enter and exit Camera mode.
Press left mouse button to take a picture (images not stored).
Character names: Press I to toggle view/hide names.

Hardware graphics acceleration must be enabled in your browser. Check your browser settings under System. Alternate names in settings include “Graphics Acceleration” or “Hardware Acceleration”.

Please note that hardware requirements are not fixed and may vary based on each individual system and simulation version.
Processor: Intel i5-5005u or newer equivalent.
Memory (RAM): 8GB or more.
Graphics: Intel HD graphics 5500 or equivalent (either integrated or dedicated graphics processor)

Developed for military education and training about peace operations, versions of it have been used in military institutions in Canada and dozen other countries. As a service to promote international peace and security more widely, the simulation can also serve as an introduction for the general public to the role of peacekeepers.
